The SOA optical pulse modulation module is a narrow-pulse modulation module that uses a semiconductor electro-optic modulation switch as its core conversion device and is externally triggered. It receives the modulation signal through an SMA interface, and the internal modulation drive circuit modulates the electro-optic switch. It features fast rise time, high pulse extinction ratio, good stability, and ease of use, making it an ideal replacement for traditional electro-optic and acousto-optic modulation in various fiber optic sensing applications.
