This APD photodiode series adopt high performance APD semiconductor chip. The temperature control circuit is composed of a disc-shaped package with a built-in semiconductor cooler, which ensures that APD chips can work steadily at different ambient temperatures, and greatly simplifies the power supply circuit and weak signal detection circuit of APD.
