SM fiber coupled 980nm butterfly laser with 200mW power

The 980nm pump module is currently deployed in many of DWDM systems and CATV distribution systems. The pump module,which are fabricated in a hermetically sealed 14-pin butterfly package. The laser diodes contains thermoelectric cooler (TEC), thermistor, monitor photodiode to secure high quality laser performance. The pump module uses fiber Bragg grating stabilization to “lock” the emission wavelength and provides a noisefree narrow band spectrum even under changes in temperature, drive current and optical feedback. The module meets the stringent requirements of the telecommunications industry including Telcordia GR-468-CORE for hermetic 980nm pump modules.
